About
Despite all life challenges, I recognized myself as a happy, kind, successful, positive person. Yet the depth and essence of these definitions—and their very shape—shifted profoundly, even became more authentic, after I faced cancer for the second time in a decade. This experience stirred fundamental questions for me about the purpose of human being’s existence. It led me on a journey to discover the true meaning of happiness and living life to its fullest. I learned that the answers to these questions lay in truly knowing myself.
And it was by stepping onto the path of self-awareness and self-discovery that I was introduced to the concept of mindfulness. Immersing myself deeply in its teachings, I began to witness the liberating and illuminating impact of mindfulness in every aspect of my life, relationships, and experiences. During this transformative time, I pursued training as a meditation teacher and a yoga instructor, and daily learning became an inseparable part of my life.
Now, hand in hand with mindfulness and the practice of presence, I experience life more authentically and it feels natural—almost inevitable—that I would want to share with others this tool, this way of living, and this light that illuminates the path. My hope is to help others forge deeper, more authentic connections within themselves and with the world around them, discover true inner peace, and uncover the profound roots of their existence.”
